This is a living overview of the hardware, software, and tools I use daily to build digital projects and keep my life organized.
Ecosystem & Hardware
The Family Core
As a family, we are fully all-in on the Apple ecosystem. Combined with Apple One, it simply offers the most frictionless way for us to stay connected and share our digital lives without any hassle.
My Daily Drivers
- MacBook Pro (M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD)
- iPad Pro (M4, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Cellular, Nano-Texture Glass)
- iPhone 17 Pro (A19 Pro, 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD)
Workspace & Making
- The Desk: Kept minimalist on purpose to minimize distractions and keep my ADHD in check.
- The Maker Corner: An Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo 3D printer. It’s our go-to tool for printing functional household fixes and bringing creative ideas to life.
Software & Self-Hosting
Infrastructure
Everything runs locally in a redundant Proxmox cluster using LXC containers and Docker environments.
Data & Productivity
- Nextcloud for file management.
- Notion for structured notes and keeping workflows organized.
Privacy & Security
I run a self-hosted Single Sign-On (SSO) system to secure my services and manage all email through a custom domain using catch-all routing.
Smart Home & Media
- Home Assistant powers the local automation via a Zigbee network.
- Audiobookshelf serves as the central hub for all family audio content.
Coffee (The Life Fuel)
For me, making coffee is a craft. Depending on the day's vibe and focus, I switch between:
- Hario V60 pour-over
- Bialetti moka pot
- AeroPress
Current Status: Waiting for my Zuriga E2-S espresso machine. Ordered a couple of months ago, it’s scheduled to arrive in mid-December.
